Is used equipment safe for a commercial environment like a health club or school?
YES, We recommend remanufactured equipment for commercial environments that will
be using the equipment for more than 5 hrs per day. Serviced will be a perfect fit in a
Commercial environment that has less than 5 hrs of use per day.
Do you provide design/consulting services?
Absolutely! We have professional fitness consultants that will work with you to tailor the
perfect layout for your fitness facility. Financing is also available.
What are your return or exchange policies?
We provide a 7-day full money back guarantee of all delivered equipment. If you are not
happy with the piece, we will gladly refund your purchase price. Unfortunately, in order
to maintain the lowest possible prices, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping
fees, if applicable.
Can I pickup the equipment from your warehouse instead of paying for shipping?
Many of our customers have picked up equipment locally, although the majority has it
shipped. All of our equipment is shipped from our Richmond, B.C. or Los Angeles, CA
warehouse. Please contact us for details on your specific piece and we will accommodate
local pick-ups as best we can.
Do you offer installation/setup as well as delivery?
We routinely do installation/setup in the Vancouver areas. If you require setup elsewhere,
please contact us with your exact location.
Do you provide bulk discounts or package deals?
YES. Many of our customers require multiple pieces from everything from health clubs
to large home gyms. We put together customized packages with significant volume
discounts.
Do you ship internationally?
We certainly do! Although international shipping of individual pieces is not normally
cost effective, we can put together packages of multiple pieces up to a sea container full
for less than what it would normally cost to truck around the country!
